eReimbursement against recently constructed or purchase building
fFor repayment of the housing loan of other BFIs.

Eligibility:

aNepalese citizen who is above the age of 18 years with sound mind.
bNot blacklisted in Credit information Bureau of Nepal.
cIn case of age above 60 years,family member of the borrower should provide guarantee.
dRegular and suficient source of income for repyament of installements from services,self employment,business,rentail or any other steady source of income.

bPhotocopy of Citizenship of Applicant / Guarantor
cCopy of land/building ownership/document. (lal purja)
dCopy of Transfer deed ( Ranjinama)
eApproved blue print and trace map of Land.
fApproved drawing plans and building construction permission letter from municipality /VDC in case of land and building.
gCost estimation duly prepared by qualified civil Engineer.
hLatest Land revenue Tax Receipt.
iFirm/Compan registration and PAN in case of Income from Business source.
