a Nepalese citizen who is above the age of 18 years with sound mind.
b Not blacklisted in Credit information Bureau of Nepal.
c In case of age above 60 years,family member of the borrower should provide guarantee.
d Regular and suficient source of income for repyament of installements from services,self employment,business,rentail or any other steady source of income.


Security Document:
a Duly accepted Loan section/Offer letter.
b Mortgage of the collateral offered to the bank.
c Loan Deed.
d Personal Guarantee (s).
e Demand promissory Notes.
f Insurance Policy of buliding in favour of bank.
g Bank’s authorized valuation report of the property.


Required Documentation :
a Passport size photograph (3 Copies) of Loan Applicant / (1 copy) of Guarantor
b Photocopy of Citizenship of Applicant / Guarantor
c Copy of land/building ownership/document. (lal purja)
d Copy of Transfer deed ( Ranjinama)
e Approved blue print and trace map of Land.
f Approved drawing plans and building construction permission letter from municipality /VDC in case of land and building.
g Cost estimation duly prepared by qualified civil Engineer.
h Latest Land revenue Tax Receipt.
i Firm/Compan registration and PAN in case of Income from Business source.
